At OLIMPIA LUNA MILANO, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges for a different size or color are offered subject to availability.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email olimpialunamilano@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging

Items that have been used for editorial shoots, content creation, or other professional styling purposes cannot be returned.

Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the return authorization.

Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Any customs duties or import taxes related to the return remain the responsibility of the customer

Return Processing

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Important Notes

We kindly ask that garments are handled gently when trying them on.

Items returned in unsuitable condition, including those that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing tags, will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or refund.

OLIMPIA LUNA MILANO is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. Customers are encouraged to use a tracked shipping service.

OLIMPIA LUNA MILANO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or that are sent without prior authorization.
